What Types of Charging Are Available for an Electric Vehicle?
With charging, you can use three methods to keep your vehicle charged for the road. At the bottom end of the spectrum lies a Trickle charger. You can use a standard three-prong 220-volt plug into a wall outlet. You may contact your electric provider before going ahead with charging.


The second option is an AC wall charger. With it, you can charge the battery much faster through a wall box. There are also AC public charging stations you can use on the road. The third option is DC fast charging. It's the fastest way to charge your vehicle, delivering up to 50 kilowatts of charging power. You can look forward to charging up the battery in full in under an hour.
