Service is terrible! I have to bring the vehicle in 2/3 for the same problem. Trash left in my vehicle, roof rack never put back on. It is a terrible experience every time I go there.

I've been trying to get something done for almost two weeks now. The employees there do not communicate with each other to let them what my problem is. Wendy Estrella who works in finance hasn't returned my phone calls. I've left messages and the employees in the service department have left her messages to call me. I'm just trying to get a new key for my car and it is taken over two weeks with no results.
