He was able to answer all of my questions with clarity.Taking the time to go over all the electronics,safety,engine ,Navigation etc. He was very polite making sure I understood his responses to my questions. all in all a very good experience,I purchase the car.

I chose the rating because of the timely fix of my Recall and other issues I had. I even got a call from the service manager the next day explaining the possible cause of an issue I had with my time clock.

The check in process was quick and professional. While waiting, the staff was extremely kind and very family friendly, they went out of their way to give my children coloring books and a small toy, thank you! The service was extremely quick, best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership!!!

Brought my car in for a service buletin to fix the transmission module. The next day, the module crashed leaving my car dead. When I called to explain to the service manager, I never got him on the phone and they essentially just told me to have it towed and brought in. Was able to get it jumped and bring it in and it was fixed. No apology anywhere along the way except by the woman who checked me out.

We visited a lot of dealerships while searching for our new vehicle and the experience at VW Nanuet was tops! All staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We worked with Crystal, who was so knowledgeable and very responsive to my texts and calls. The whole process was really smooth and we never felt confused, taken advantage of, talked down to, etc. (the same can't be said of some other places we visited)
