While doing errands I heard a strange sound and drove directly to VW dealership. Being a senior citizen and widow I became concerned since I have no knowledge of cars. I was greeted immediately by upon entering and guided to the person that would be able to help me. Upon inspection by service member I was shown there was a nail in my front tire and assured it could be fixed. My wait was less than originally expected. Everyone that I encountered was courteous and efficient. I will definitely be using them for my future car needs.
