I called the dealership when the car had 5500 miles to ask why the car was telling me to change the oil when it’s supposed to be 10,000 the person I spoke to in service had no idea. I brought the car in with 7700 miles and Asked the same question to the service writer and he told me right away that the production date was a year prior and that’s why I got that notification. If I had been told that I would’ve waited another 2300 miles to bring it in. I also called and asked how long they would have to have the car to do an oil change. If I waited they told me an hour to an hour and a half max. I was there for two hours and 15 minutes for my first oil change.

I called on 1.20.25 to notify service that my car was shaking at about 50 mph and was able to get an appointment first thing on 1.21.25. Tim Lee checked out my car, took it for a test drive and assured me that everything was ok and it was probably some ice build up. I have been a life long VW owner and transferred my car services from Elmsford to Nanuet when I learned that Tim was moving to another location. Tim takes his time and listens to any concerns that you may have, pays attention to detail as well as takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone.
