Brought My 2024 GTI which I purchased from the dealership in for 20,000 miles service as well as repairing a flat tire, a tire rotation and an inspection the tires were never rotated. Nobody ever told me that they were never rotated, but after I had to bring the car back two days later, because the same tire continued to leak air I asked the service writer since I was about to go away for the weekend now I was bringing my car that I had just picked up to the dealership back to the dealership with the same repair I had brought in for initially if he could rotate the tire since they were never done and check the balancing of each tire and adjust if needed . He told me that would be extra. Didn’t seem like much to ask considering my weekend plans had been completely altered because the car was never fixed properly the first time. Very matter of fact, attitude didn’t leave me with a good taste in my mouth. He then called me back and told me that the patch on the tire would not hold. And that I needed a new tire at the cost of just under $300 He obviously didn’t even read the previous repair report because he asked me who did the initial patch on the tire. I told him Volkswagen of Nanuetand I have a wheel and tire package that I purchased for almost $1000 when I purchased the vehicle.

Both 10k and 20k service they only changed the oil, but wrote on bill all services done....tired rotation, pressure checked, roof drains lubed
