Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. There is nothing I hate worse than going into a dealership and feeling like I'm getting the runaround. My experience was the opposite. They were upfront about cost and availability. This is my second car from this dealership and I would highly recommend it.

The service department manager owes me a call but he won't call me back. I needed my car, 2023 ID4, checked out for slow level 2 charging. It won't charge at 11.5kW or 48 amps I have but at 7kW. My son's ID4 charges at 11.5kW from the same charger so I am thinking the issue is with the car. The invoice states that, "No faults found" and "checked for faults - no issue found". I need someone to explain to me how a Tech can write up, "No faults found" when the car charges at only 7kW when it should charge at 11.5kW. What should be the next step? These are the questions I wish to ask the service manager who promises to call me but does not.
