My Jetta had an appointment for a ten thousand mile check up and a NY State Inspection the previous week. The work was done but I was told that the machine for the Inspection was not working. Therefore I had to come back last Tuesday to get the inspection. So I had to come to the dealership twice for the work to be completed.

Service advisor explained that my tires were rotated and I thanked him. This was untrue due to the fact I have a slow leak in the left front that requires filling eve two days. Sure enough two days later the same tire required to filled. I called and explained that the dishonest and lack of integrity was not good. I had asked them to check my car out due to the motor burning a quart of oil and it’s brand new. They said their was no issues but how do I believe that when they lied about rotating tires .

Parking sensor concern wasn't addressed and the explanation given was not very satisfactory. Secondly, after waiting for over a week I was advised that the dealership do not provide any loaner. I requested to talks to the dealer GM which was never scheduled and when I asked on the date of my service for the same I was told that they do not have any GM at this time.
