ive been going to vw nanuet for years to get my car serviced and this past experience with florance has made me not want to return. she is incredibly rude and will judge a book by its cover then reflect that judgement on to you negatively. i have to return to get another issue resolved and if I have to work with florance again I will be going to a different volkswagen dealership

My experience with the service center at VW Nanuet has always been great! Our Service Advisor, Chris Verde, was phenomenal during my last visit on 11/2. Chris explained in detail what our maintenance visit entailed as well as listened to any concerns we had. He kept in touch with us while we waited and was sure to follow up on any pending work along the way. Overall, our time at the dealership for service was all positive. We were in and out quickly and able to continue with our Saturday morning earlier than expected. Thank you!
