It was my first visit to the site. I walked in to make an appointment for an oil change. The representative asked me if I had time to have it done. Of course, I was very happy and stayed for the oil change and maintenance. The representative asked was friendly and very professional. I was extremely pleased with my visit.

I e been trying to reach service manager about my warranty. At first there was no direct line just people running interference. Then when I call him he doesn’t answer and he doesn’t keep normal business hours. Almost as if he doesn’t want to be reached.
